REGULATION
The Pv Soccer academy main objective is to ensure that students have fun and learn the sports discipline in harmony, promoting good values and respecting all the members of the Academy: colleagues, coaches, directors, friends and supporters.
The academic season begins every SEPTEMBER of each year, being operational every month except for SPRING BREAK, national holidays, and previously notified December days.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
PV SOCCER ACADEMY
The purpose of these Internal Regulations is to regulate the organization and operation of the Pv soccer academy is responsible for the following basic responsibilities:
1.The technical and tactical training, as well as the sporting character, of all the members of the teams.
2.The management and monitoring the teams in all categories according to their ages.
3.Maintain the sport prestige of the Academy in each category and competition in which it
participates.
STUDENTS
1.Attend on time the training, civic and sporting events to which it is convened by the Academy.
2.Present yourself with the necessary sports equipment for the practice of the sport: full official uniform, football shoes, shin guards. The use of the uniform is mandatory in all training and matches convened by the Academy.
3.Respect the internal regulations of not eating food in the area of field, it is totally forbidden
to chewing gum / CHEWING GUM within the sports venue.
4.Maintain impeccable conduct on and off the training ground, as well in all matches outside
the venue, respecting the rules of the game, referees, rivals and the general public.
5.Respectfully assume the instructions of the coaches.
6.Always use respectful language, avoid fights and confrontations between classmates and /
or players from other schools.
7.Notify the coach in a timely manner of the absence from a training and/ or matches explaining
the reasons.
OF PARENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES
The parents play a decisive role the correct functioning of the Academy, their collaboration and respect for this regulation will be a reflection of our institution and each of its members.
1. Take their representatives punctually to the training, civic and sporting events scheduled by the Academy.
2.Comply with the rules of access, use and permanence in the Soccerland fields
3.Parents and family members should always show an exemplary attitude during matches,
supporting and encouraging our team.
4.In order not to distract the concentration of the students and their opponents, parents and
relatives must be located in the area arranged.
5.Parents must accept the decisions made by the coaches or coordinators regarding the groups of children which will be divided based on the ages and level of functioning of each one,
taking into account the evaluation criteria of the coaches.
6.Avoid technical-tactical comments during training.
7.Accept the use of some pictures of your child taken during class, to be use on social media
and others place to share information of the academy.
PAYMENT OF FEES
1.Registration will be charged annually, according to the month that the student starts, with September being the beginning of each season.
2.Those students who are absent for more than two months from the academy, you must pay their registration again to be able to join the classes.
3. Payments must be made by automatic debit, leaving the authorization signed at the time of registration, the collection will be made the first 5 days of each month, delays after day 5 will have a surcharge of $ 50.
4.There is no monthly apportioning under any circumstances. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
5.No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
6.In case of delay of the monthly payment, the student will not be able to enter classes, until he is solvent with the payment.
7.Monthly fees will be charged in full regardless of the number of classes the child attends.
This will not be a reason to generate any kind of dispute, or return of money.
8.Every representative will have the obligation to pay the fees established on the scheduled
date for tournaments where the student is summoned by his coach.
9.In case of the withdrawal of the student, it must be notified before the 1st of each month, by means of a letter, which must be delivered only to the directors of the academy in the
Soccerland facilities.
