Assumption of Risk<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I understand and acknowledge that participation in swimming and water-related activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, injuries from collisions, exposure to infectious diseases, and other unforeseen hazards. I further acknowledge that these risks could result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death. I understand that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
